Current subprocessors
- Infrastructure: cloud hosting for the control plane and telemetry (Brazil and European Union regions).
- Payments: card processing and invoicing. Receives billing data only, never telemetry.
- Email: transactional email for sign-in, alerts and invoices.
- Support: help desk for the messages you send us.
Updates
We notify organization owners by email 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. You can object during that period.
