TurretyData Processing Agreement
The terms under which we process personal data on your behalf. Included in every paid plan.
Scope
This agreement covers the telemetry your agents send to Turrety. It applies automatically to paid plans; Enterprise customers can sign a countersigned copy.
Our obligations
- Process data only on your documented instructions.
- Keep everyone with access bound by confidentiality.
- Apply the security measures described on the Security page.
- Use only the listed subprocessors, with 30 days of notice before adding one.
- Help you answer data subject requests and impact assessments.
- Delete or return all data when the contract ends.
Legal frameworks
The agreement is written to satisfy LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (European Union), including the Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
